How are Almost Heaven saunas shipped and delivered?
Our saunas are shipped via common carrier in a knock-down kit format. The sauna will arrive on a large pallet, and the delivery driver will use a lift-gate to lower the unit to the curb. We recommend having two people available to move the individual pieces to your assembly site.
What type of wood do you use in your saunas?
We primarily use high-grade Nordic Spruce, Hemlock, and Western Red Cedar. These woods are selected for their durability, heat retention, and resistance to decay, ensuring your sauna lasts for decades in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Are the saunas difficult to assemble?
Not at all. Most of our saunas are designed for DIY assembly and can be completed by two people in 4 to 8 hours. All wall sections and benches are pre-assembled, and we provide detailed manuals and video guides to walk you through the process.
What are the electrical requirements for the heaters?
Standard 4.5kW to 9kW electric heaters require a 240V dedicated circuit and a hard-wired connection. We recommend consulting with a licensed electrician to ensure your home's electrical panel can support the specific amperage required for your chosen model.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, un-assembled saunas in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom orders are generally non-refundable.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with specialized financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for low-interest or interest-free terms.
