At Almost Heaven Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home wellness investment. If your sauna experience isn't everything you dreamed of, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble and secure the sauna components in their original crates or packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Coordinate with our preferred freight carrier to schedule a convenient time for the pickup of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage and completeness, we will process your refund minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
